Hello, I've been leading 'Introduction to wild food foraging' walks since 2005, initially for the Forestry Commission. I like to embed safe process and sustainability into a comprehensive introduction before we set off. I don't do any cooking due to the numerous health and safety requirements so provide an educational walk rather than a meal type session, though a few nibbles on the way are suggested! I have permissions for all my walk venues and am fully insured. My standard walks are either one hour bite sized taster suitable for events or hen parties or a longer two and a bit hour walk.
