Biography
John Wright has been leading mushroom, hedgerow and seashore forays for over 30 years, amounting to1,200 forays and over 15,000 people. He is best known for his knowledge of fungi.
He has written 9 books, 4 of them devoted to foraging and appeared frequently on the River Cottage programmes with Hugh Fearnley-Wittingstall. He continues to write books and articles on foraging and natural history.
