Biography
Foraging for over 20 years & cooking with all types of wild food including fungi, plants, seaweeds, seafood & wild meats, Lisa is based in Leeds, Yorkshire and travels around the country foraging & teaching, wild camping, fermenting, wildcrafting & generally being outside as much as possible! She particularly loves Scotland, Northumberland, North Wales & Cumbria, all of which she visits regularly.
