Rural Courses is run by Michael White from his Rural H-Q deep in the Kent countryside, close to both London and East Sussex. As one of the premier providers of countryside courses in the south east of England, he offers a unique opportunity for people to learn a wide range of authentic rural skills including plant and Fungi foraging.
